Right of Revocation
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.
By way of derogation, the withdrawal period in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Proceanis GmbH, Lohmühlenstraße 1, 20099 Hamburg, Germany, E-Mail: service@arthrofill.de) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract.
Returns/refunds can only be sent to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
